We are an expanding hotel company with our main focus on the development of projects within the Budget Hotel Sector and Limited-Service Hotels in Germany and neighboring countries.

As a franchisee of well-known hotel brands, we successfully accompany our partners already in the search for a location, the planning, the financing and accompany the cost-efficient construction for the projector. After Pre-opening and completion, we take over the hotel operation with long-term lease and management contracts.

We can take over and operate existing hotels at short notice or advise the owner on structural rehabilitation.

Since our foundation in 2006, our focus has been on hotel management and development. In addition to the operational management of hotels, we act as franchisees of well-known hotel brands with strong distribution systems.

As hotel professionals, we see ourselves as the interface between the globally operating hotel brands and the investor of a hotel project.

In this way, we support the international hotel industry in expanding their brands and their presence on the market.

Expertise

Curator Hotelbetriebsgesellschaft mbH was founded in 2006. The reason was the changes that "Basel II" brought for companies and investors. Basel II also changed the development strategy in the international hotel industry.

From then on, all large hotel chains no longer signed lease contracts. Instead, they offered management and franchise contracts. Institutional and private investors, however, were looking for experienced hotel managers for lease or hybrid contracts to cover risks and create long-term value.

Closing this gap is the core competence of Curator Hotels. We see ourselves as a professional interface between the investor in a hotel project and the international hotel chain. Our task is to increase the value of the hotel investment with our know-how and our concept for the investor and to support the hotel chains in their growth.

Did your hotel operator back out at short notice or did the current operator of the hotel declared bankruptcy?

Now you are looking for interim management: until the property is back in "calm waters" and can survive on the market again thanks to our turnaround management.

We have the resources to help you without long bureaucratic lead times and perhaps this will also result in a longer-term cooperation. We then operate the hotel under its current name, as a curator hotel or jointly select a hotel brand - another one that suits the project.
